We believe leadership is not only defined by what we accomplish, but by how we live.

We are drawn to the spaces in between, where reflection deepens, conversation lingers, and women begin to see themselves more clearly. Because influence extends far beyond the boardroom. It lives in the communities we build, the conversations we cultivate, the beauty we create, the spaces we gather in, and the legacy we leave behind.

The Luxe Lead was born from our shared belief that ambition deserves restoration, success can be measured by contribution, and personal expression can be an extension of purpose. We create spaces that invite women inward as much as they call them forward, making room for presence, connection, growth, and possibility.

Influenced by story, shaped by experience, and grounded in a devotion to growth, The Luxe Lead is a cultural home for women who want to lead with intention and live beautifully along the way.

A place to return to yourself, connect with others, and imagine what becomes possible from there.

Welcome, we're sophina & Sheria

Sheria Irving is a founder, actress, educator, and entrepreneur whose work lives at the intersection of leadership, culture, storytelling, and community.

Sheria has built a multifaceted career spanning television, education, and nonprofit leadership, bringing together a distinctive foundation in performance, education, and the social sciences. She holds an M.F.A. in Acting from the Yale School of Drama, a master’s degree in Education, and degrees in Economics and Political Science. Her work as an actress has deepened her understanding of narrative, identity, and the power of stories to shape culture, while her experience in education and early career as a classroom teacher cultivated a lifelong commitment to mentorship, equity, and the development of women and girls.

She is the founder and Executive Director of Shaping Her Earth (SHE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women of color through mentorship, leadership development, and community. Under her leadership, SHE has built programs, campus partnerships, and experiences designed to equip the next generation of women to lead with confidence, purpose, and vision.

As Co-Founder, Creative Director, and Head of Partnerships of The Luxe Lead, Sheria brings together her experience across the arts, education, and leadership to shape a modern cultural platform for women. She oversees the brand’s creative vision, strategic partnerships, programming, and experiences—creating spaces where thoughtful women gather to exchange ideas, cultivate meaningful relationships, and embrace a philosophy of leading beautifully.

Whether on screen, in the classroom, or around a beautifully set table, Sheria’s work is driven by the belief that leadership extends far beyond professional achievement. It is reflected in how we tell our stories, build community, create beauty, and leave a lasting legacy.
